A corner lot located a short walk from Downtown Culver City could be redeveloped with townhome-style condominiums.

The project, as detailed in a presentation to the Culver City Planning Commission, would rise at the northwest corner of Braddock Drive and Lafayette Place.  Plans call for razing three existing homes to make way for the construction of five new dwellings.

Breakform Design, the project architect, has conceived a collection of two-story row house-style buildings located above a single level of basement parking.  Each of the condominiums - a mix of two- and three-bedroom units - would be capped by a rooftop deck.

City records list the developer of the project at 4080 Lafayette, LP - an entity affiliated with Manhattan Beach-based real estate firm Minaret Development Partners.
