Local developer Barth Partners has broken ground on a set of houses in Highland Park

The project, known as Eaton Park, will rise on a hillside property at 1414-1450 Eaton Terrace.  Plans call for four single-family residences, each of which will feature three bedrooms above a two-car garage.

Studio MK Design is designing the project, which is portrayed in renderings as a collection of contemporary three-story structures.

More information about the Eaton Park development will be available in the coming months, according to a project representative.

Barth Partners is also in the midst of construction for a 31-unit condo development in Silver Lake.
