An early 20th century house in Hollywood could be poised for the wrecking ball, according to plans submitted to the City of Los Angeles.

The property, located at 1414 N. Las Palmas Avenue, sits one block south of Sunset Boulevard.  A case wiling with the Department of City Planning indicates that the 113-year-old building could be razed for a new development of four small lot homes.

The project's representative is listed as NS Designs.

Property records indicate that the development site is owned by a Culver City-based entity called Top You, LLC.  The land sold for $1.25 million in 2018.

One block north at Sunset Boulevard, the historic Crossroads of the World complex is slated to be incorporated into a $1-billion high-rise development featuring housing, a hotel, and offices.
