Developers Luminor Properties and Hillock Land Company have unveiled plans for a new apartment complex in the Larchmont community.

The proposed development, which would rise at 4804-4810 Oakwood Avenue, calls for the construction of a four-story building featuring 30 residential units, as well as a gym, a rooftop deck, and a recreation room.  Project incentives are being sought through the Transit Oriented Communities guidelines in exchange for on-site affordable housing.

Sandra J Baik Architects is designing the proposed development, which would feature an all-metal exterior.

Construction of the Oakwood Avenue project is expected to begin this summer, according to a representative of Luminor.

Luminor and Hillock are also working on two other apartment buildings in Valley Village and North Hollywood.
