The project, located at the southeast corner of Long Beach Boulevard and 16th Street, is comprised of a four-story edifice featuring 36 one- and two-bedroom condominiums above 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.  Plans also call for a 126-car garage.

The contemporary low-rise structure is depicted in renderings with an east-facing amenity deck, located on the building's second level.

The project was more recently slated for completion in Fall 2020, according to its website.

The condo complex was recently the subject of a lawsuit filed by one of its EB-5 investors, who alleged that his $500,000 investment in a Hilton hotel development in El Monte was redirected to the Long Beach project.

The development site is one of four mixed-use and affordable housing now rising near Metro's PCH light rail station.
