A leasing brochure has unveiled new renderings for the Sycamore, an eight-story office building from CIM Group that is now under construction in Hollywood.

The mid-rise development, located at the southwest corner of Sycamore and Romaine Avenues, will offer 75,000 square feet of rentable space on three levels atop a parking podium.

LOHA is designing the project, which is billed as offering open floor plans with full-height perimeter glass and natural lighting.

The Sycamore is located immediately north of a handful of brick warehouses, built between 1929 and 1966.  The former industrial spaces are being rehabilitated as retail and restaurant space.

Completion is expected in late 2018.

CIM Group has built a number of projects on surrounding blocks, including a mixed-use apartment building now rising on La Brea Avenue.
