National Construction, a Los Angeles-based real estate developer, has unveiled new renderings of a condominium project now taking shape at 1030 N. Kings Road in West Hollywood.

The property, named 1030 Kings, consists of a four-story building containing 25 for-sale condominiums, five units of affordable housing, and a single level of basement parking.  Plans also call for amenities such as a fitness center and a yoga deck.

Building off of a traditional rectangular form, the LOHA-designed project carves away portions of its massing to lessen its scale, and also flood the property with natural light.  One opening allows for a two-level outdoor amenity space.

Completion of 1030 Kings is anticipated later this year.

The project team also includes The Ruzika Company, Fitness Design Group, and MLH Design Group.  Financing was provided by Pacific Western Bank.
