Completion is nearing for the Griffith, developer Mill Creek Residential's latest apartment complex in Glendale.

Located at 435 W. Lost Feliz Road, as short distance from the Glendale commuter rail station, the interconnected six-story buildings will feature 220 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, wrapped around a six-story parking structure.  Planned in-unit features include stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets and private balconies.

The project includes communal amenities such as a gym, a fitness center, an outdoor paseo, a swimming pool and a sky deck.

Mill Creek is also in the midst of construction on similar multifamily residential developments in Hollywood and Westchester.
