After three years of construction, Onni Group is putting the finishing touches on their Hope + Flower project in South Park.

The mixed-use development, located at 1201 S. Hope Street, consists of two high-rise towers containing a total of 730 apartments above 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The towers are conjoined by a shared podium, which serves as an amenity deck as well as a parking structure for 830 vehicles.

A mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans will be offered, starting at $2,515 a month. Residents will also have access to over 70,000 square feet of luxury amenities including multiple pools, indoor lounges, a fitness center, landscaped outdoor spaces, and a dog run.

Chris Dikeakos Architects designed the project, which features a 41-story tower fronting Hope Street and a 33-story tower fronting the Pico Station on Flower Street. The glass-and-steel-clad towers reflect a similar design aesthetic to Onni's LEVEL Furnished Living and 825 South Hill developments, also located in Downtown.

Hope + Flower has already begun leasing and will open for move-ins this February.

Onni has plans to continue their expansion into Downtown with a 60-story development on Olympic Boulevard, two towers adjacent to the historic LA Times building, and a 15-story building in the Arts District.
