Another mixed-use development featuring a hotel, apartments, and retail is coming to Koreatown.

The project, which was filed last week by applicant David Haddadi, would replace a surface parking lot and a 1920s apartment building at 8th Street and Mariposa Avenue with a roughly 63,000-square-foot structure featuring 80 hotel rooms,  eight residential units, and 7,181 square feet of commercial space.

The development site abuts the East-West Hotel, a 1920s building that feature 47 guest rooms.

Additional details about Haddadi's project are currently unclear.
