Junction 4121, named for its address at 4121 Santa Monica Boulevard, consists of a three-story building featuring 41 apartments - a portion of which will be set aside for lower-income renters - above roughly 13,300 square feet of ground-floor retail space and basement parking.

The property offers a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom dwellings, according to a promotional website.  Rents for the market-rate apartments will range from $2,331 to $4,101 per month.

ShubinDonaldson designed the contemporary low-rise structure, which is clad in metal panels on its upper levels and concrete at street level.

Luxury supermarket chain Erewhon has leased a portion of the building's ground floor.

CIM Group is developing several other properties in the Silver Lake area.  The Mid-Wilshire-based firm recently completed construction of an apartment complex near the intersection of Dillon Street and Bellevue Avenue.
