Jamison Services, Inc. has largely completed the wood framework of 535 S. Kingsley Drive, a new multifamily residential complex in Koreatown.

The project, located just north of 6th Street, consists of a seven-story building that will feature 72 one- and two-bedroom apartments above underground parking for 92 vehicles.  The podium-type development will offer amenities such as a fitness center, a roof deck and a swimming pool.

As with several of Jamison's developments, Santa Monica-based Killefer Flammang Architects is designing the mid-rise building.

Renderings portray a contemporary look, with an exterior of metal panels and porcelain tiles.

Completion is expected in Summer 2017.
