A mixed-use development billed as a live/work campus has wrapped up construction near Marina del Rey.

INclave, built by Steaven Jones Development Company and Creative Office Properties, is now open at 4061-4065 Glencoe Avenue.  The five-story edifice, which broke ground in late 2017, featuring 65,000 square feet of offices and 49 rental apartments.

Designed by VTBS Architects, the project includes of a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom dwellings, as well as onsite amenities including a 277-car garage, a pool and spa, a gym, and a business center.

As of October 2019, the property is approximately 50 percent leased, according to its developers.

Unlike other recent multifamily residential projects in the surrounding Del Rey neighborhood, INclave will include ground-floor commercial uses.  A cafe known as Ten by Bar Nine will occupy an approximately 2,100-square-foot ground floor space starting in early 2020.

INclave will soon be followed by a similar mixed-use building now being built on an abutting property.  The project, which is being developed by California Landmark Group, will include 230 apartments and office space.
