Los Angeles-based architecture firm LOHA has unveiled renderings for a multifamily residential complex in West Hollywood.

The project, now rising at 1030 N. Kings Road, will consist of a four-story building featuring 30 apartments above one level of underground parking.

LOHA describes the building as featuring amenity spaces at multiple levels.  A double-height space between the third and fourth floors provides space for a gym, a roof deck and seating areas.  At the building's exterior, plans call for a combination of fluted metal and flush panels.

A similar residential-retail complex was recently completed just north at the corner of Kings Road and Santa Monica Boulevard.
