Developer J.H. Snyder is now finishing construction for a mid-rise office building in Hollywood, more than a decade after the project was first announced.

Located at 1601 S. Vine Street, the eight-story structure offers more than 115,000 square feet of office space above a street-fronting commercial stall and five levels of underground parking.

Renderings of the building's interior, designed by architecture firm Ware Malcomb, portray an airy environment with high ceilings and large windows.

Over 1 million square feet of office space has been built in Hollywood over the last several years, luring high-profile tenants such as Netflix, Viacom and the guitar maker Fender.
