With its first move-ins anticipated in September, the team behind South Park's two-tower Circa development has opened up a leasing office in Downtown Los Angeles.

The leasing office, located at 1201 S. Grand Avenue, sits two blocks east of the twin 35-story buildings at 12th and Figueroa Streets.  The project will offer 648 apartments above a podium featuring 48,000 square feet of commercial space and parking.

The mix of traditional apartments and penthouse units range between 600 and 4,000 square feet in size, with monthly rents between $3,000 and $24,000.  Residents will have access to a two-acre amenity deck, including a swimming pool, a fitness center, two dog parks, and a cycling studio.

The development team includes construction manager AECOM Tishman, lead architect Harley Ellis Devereaux, and interior architect HansonLA.

Other tower developments underway nearby include Onni Groups Hope + Flower development opposite Pico Station, and the three-building Oceanwide Plaza complex north across 12th Street.
