A used car dealership in Highland Park is slated to give way for a small mixed-use building, according to plans filed with the City of Los Angeles yesterday.

The proposed development, located at 4201-4207 N. Figueroa Street, has been previously described as a 16,200-square-foot structure that would feature 13 residential units, 6 commercial stalls and parking for 44 vehicles.

The Department of City Planning's case filing lists the project applicant as Trellis West, a limited liability company based out of Westwood.

Additional details about the development are unclear.
