A series of commercial buildings on at 3063 Pico Boulevard are slated to be demolished and replaced by a mixed-use development, according to a document from the Los Angeles City Planning Commission.

The project, which comes from the Los Angeles-based firm Ketter Construction, would consist of a six-story building featuring 51 for-sale condominium units atop 3,350 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.  Plans also call for an internal courtyard, as well as other amenities.

Renderings of the project portray a contemporary mid-rise building, clad with plaster and wood panels.

The Planning Department has recommended that the Commission approve the project.
