After two years of construction, Mill Creek Residential Trust has topped out on Modera West L.A., its new apartment complex at the Howard Hughes Center in Westchester.

The project, located at 5901 Center Drive, features multiple six-story buildings that will offer 376 apartments in addition to amenities and community-serving retail space.  The mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans will range between 492 and 1,506 square feet.

The podium-type development, designed by VTBS Architects, will feature open space amenities such as a swimming pool, a roof deck and a fitness center.

A similar development known as Altitude @ Howard Hughes Center was recently completed directly across Center Drive.
