A manufacturing building near the Metro's Expo/Bundy Station has met with the wrecking ball, and a new office building is expected to rise in its place.

The property, an approximately one-acre site at 12414 W. Exposition Boulevard, was previously improved with an industrial facility which dated back to 1927.  Per city records, it is slated for the construction of a new building featuring three floors of office space above a two-level parking garage.

Additional details about the project are currently unclear.

A variety of new office buildings and refurbished warehouses are taking shape near several Expo Line stations, including those at Bundy Drive and in Culver City.
