Located at Alton Parkway and Murphy Avenue in the Irvine Business Complex, the property will feature a four-story building featuring 170 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as townhomes and mezzanine units.  The project also includes amenities such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, multiple courtyards and a roof deck.

Residents will be served by a five-level parking structure, capable of accommodating up to 378 vehicles.

Construction of the Murphy is scheduled for completion in Spring 2019.

The wood-and-concrete frame of a small mixed-use development near The Grove is now complete. The four-story development, which comes from local real estate firm Conroy Commercial, replaces an auto body repair shop at 1st Street and Fairfax Avenue.  City records indicate the building will feature 45 residential units atop 1,258 square feet of ground-floor commercial space above a basement parking garage. Ovalle Architects, a Long Beach-based firm, designed the contemporary low-rise structure.
