Six months after razing Marina del Rey's Neptune Marina apartments, Greystar Real Estate Partners is now pushing ahead with a $300-million redevelopment of the property.

The project, located at Via Marina and Marquesas Way, will feature multiple four-story building containing 526 apartments above a waterfront promenade.

TCA Architects designed the development, which borrows heavily from the Mid-Century modern roots of Neptune's 1960s predecessor.

The property is sandwiched between the $165-million AMLI MDR apartments and a proposed Marriott Hotel.
