Construction is now underway for a multifamily residential complex in Hollywood, just north of Melrose Place.

The project, located at 724 N. Croft Avenue, will consist of a four-story, 80,000-square-foot building featuring 28 apartments and a dedicated parking garage.  Plans also call for a landscaped central courtyard that will provide open space for residents at ground level and natural light into the units above.

Kevin Tsai Architecture designed the low-rise development in the transitional modern style with exterior materials such as limestone and reclaimed wood.
