Archillusion Design, a Los Angeles-based architecture and development firm, intends to break ground next near on a new apartment complex near the intersection of Lankershim and Burbank Boulevards in North Hollywood.

The development, known as the NOHO10 Apartments, would consist of a three-story building featuring 10 live/work dwellings with a single level of on-grade parking. Each of the one- and two-bedroom units would have access to private open space, including patios and private roof decks.

Construction of NOHO10 is expected to begin in March 2018.

Proposed Weingart Center Towers Take a Step Forward

The Downtown nonprofit hopes to build high-rise affordable housing at 6th and San Pedro.

In early 2017, the Weingart Center for the Homeless filed plans with the City of Los Angeles to construct new affordable housing on two sites at the intersection of 6th and San Pedro Streets in Downtown Los Angeles.  That project has taken a key step forward, with the publication of an environmental report by the Department of City Planning
