Serenade, a multifamily residential complex from Ensemble Real Estate Group, has reached street level in Downtown Long Beach.

The six-story building, located at 442 Ocean Boulevard, will feature 95 apartments above a parking garage.

Renderings from architecture firm Studio T-Square portray a contemporary mid-rise building with an outdoor amenity deck.

The project is one of two from Ensemble in Downtown Long Beach, joining the similarly named Sonata.
