The wood frame of the LOHA-designed Dillon617 development is now rising in Silver Lake.

The low-rise complex, named for its address at 617 N. Dillon Street, will feature 49 apartments in a pair of linear four-story structures.

LOHA's website described as being "derived from two long bars," clad with dark metal panels.  A highlight of the project is a proposed landscaped paseo, which would run along the west side of the property.
