A new apartment building has been completed north of Venice Boulevard in the Palms neighborhood, according to an announcement by Pleskow Architects.

The project, a four-story building at 3714 Kelton Avenue, features 16 rental apartments in a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.  The project includes one unit of affordable housing, as well as a common rooftop deck with views of the Los Angeles basin.

Per Pleskow Architects, the building's front facade is framed by white plaster walls and clad with corrugated metal panels.

LIDO Equities Group developed the low-rise structure, which replaced four bungalows on two adjacent lots.
