The concrete foundation of a new condo development is now taking shape in Victor Heights

The project, which is being built by Frost/Chaddock Developers, will consist of a three-story building featuring 28 residential units above a parking structure.  Plans call for one unit to be reserved for disabled persons earning up to 50 percent of the Los Angeles area median income.

Reed Architectural Group is designing the contemporary low-rise structure.

A larger development containing 45 townhome-style condos recently opened a short distance west on Figueroa Terrace.
