Construction is now complete for Brooks Venice, a new collection of small lot homes in Venice.

Located at 742-744 Brooks Avenue, each of the four houses offers four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms across 2,200 square feet of living space.  Each also features open spaces including a backyard and outdoor decks.

The houses sit a short distance west of Lincoln Boulevard.
