Earlier this month, the Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council's Planning and Land Use Management Committee took a look at revised plans for a multifamily residential development at 3077 Cahuenga Boulevard.

The project, which comes from developer Kiran Patel, calls for razing an existing one-story building to construct a four-story apartment complex featuring 45 studio apartments - including five units of affordable housing - and parking for up to 50 vehicles.

Renderings portray a contemporary low-rise structure clad with materials such as metal, concrete, cement plaster, and wood and stone veneer.

Though functionally the same as an earlier iteration of the project presented in February 2018, Alajajian Marcoosi Architects has redesigned the building to break up its mass, and changed both its exterior finishes and color palette.

A timeline for the project has not been announced.
