FMB Development has broken ground on new collection of townhomes in West Hollywood.

Located along Romaine Street between Ogden Drive and Geneese Avenue, the mixture of 10 units will each stand three stories, featuring underground side-by-side parking, private roof decks and balconies.

The project is being designed in accordance with West Hollywood's Green Building Program, with a form which blends into the surrounding neighborhood.  FMB is planning architectural features that mix an indoor and outdoor experience at the proeprty, and will widen the length of Romaine street to accommodate a ten-foot sidewalk and landscaped parkway.
