At its meeting next week, the South Valley Area Planning Commission is scheduled to consider a proposal to construct a new development of small lot homes in Lake Balboa.

The proposed development, slated for a nearly one-acre site at 17210 W. Roscoe Boulevard, would replace one home with nine single-family dwellings wrapped by landscaped space.  Each of the two-story structures would feature four-bedroom floor plans with two-car garages.

Summa Architecture is designing the project, which is depicted in renderings as a set of contemporary homes.

A staff report to the Area Planning Commission recommends that the proposed development from Preface Group, LLC should be approved.
