A new small lot subdivision is now finishing up work at a narrow mid-block property in Echo Park, according to photographer Michael Hayes.

The project site, located at 1512 N. Liberty Street and 1515 N. Lake Shore Avenue, features nine single family residences arranged side-by-side across the linear property.  Each home stands three stories in height and features a mix of two- and three-bedroom floor plans with two-car garages.

City records link the project to Planet Home Living, a Newport Beach-based company that specializes in small lot homes.

Senior Affordable Housing Coming to Santa Monica

The Community Corporation of Santa Monica is pursuing the development of a new senior affordable housing complex just south of the 10 Freeway.
