Construction is complete for The Source H20, a new office campus adjacent to the headquarters of the Irvine Ranch Water District.

The project, located at the intersection of Waterworks Way and Sand Canyon Avenue, consists of nearly 70,000 square feet of space within a pair of two-story buildings.

Ware Malcomb designed the project, which is divided into north and south wings, which are connected by a common atrium.  Operable glass walls are built into the structure's exterior, allowing for natural ventilation into the interior.

The Source also includes a rooftop deck, which its backers state will serve as an important resource during the era of COVID-19.

“Our rooftop deck, which is also accessible through an open-air stairwell system, will allow employees to conduct in-person private meetings across their companies, including hub and spoke tenants, in a safe responsible manner, in an outdoor environment," said Kevin Turner, Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield, in a news release.

The property is located roughly three miles from Metrolink's Irvine Station, and will provide a shuttle service to-and-from the transit hub.
