Located at 926 N. Sycamore Avenue, the eight-story building features 46,000 square feet of office space on its three upper levels, capping a five-story podium containing a 352-car garage and 8,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
Abramson Architects designed the concrete structure, which uses offset floor plates to create a series of terrace decks for office tenants.
Completion is expected in late 2020.
The 926 N. Sycamore project is the latest in a series of mixed-use developments from CIM Group in the surrounding area.
One block west at La Brea Avenue, the company opened a seven-story, 169-unit apartment complex last year.
