The mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units are being priced between $1,820 and $4,535 per month, according to a leasing website.
TCA Architects designed the mid-rise structure, which features a rooftop sky deck, a swimming pool, and a fitness center.
Jade Enterprises, which is headquartered out of the Financial District, has substantial holdings throughout Downtown Los Angeles but has only more recently started developing its numerous properties. A few blocks away at the corner of Olive and 14th Streets, the company is planning a similar mixed-use project known as Emerald.
