A marketing brochure posted to LoopNet offers up a first look at Wiseman Residential's latest mixed-use project in West Los Angeles.
The development, located at 11407 Santa Monica Boulevard, began construction in late 2017. Plans call for a five-story building that will feature 51 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments above 1,500 square feet of street-level retail space. In exchange for density bonus incentives, the developer will set aside four units as affordable housing.
Uriu & Associates designed the contemporary mid-rise structure, which will feature a roof garden and basement parking for 88 vehicles.
Completion is expected in early 2020.
