Construction is now complete for Cactus Los Angeles, a new mixed-use development in Historic Filipinotown.

Located at 2510 W. Temple Street, the four-story building from 4Site Real Estate features 47 one- and two-bedroom apartments and approximately 2,000 square feet of street-fronting commercial space.  Other features include a parking gargae, a swimming pool, a spa and a gym.

LINC Housing Corp. built the $57-million project.

LINC Housing has completed construction of Mosaic Gardens at Westlake, a new affordable housing community located just west of Downtown Los Angeles.
