Los Angeles-based developer CityView is putting the finishing touches on a mixed-use apartment complex in Culver City.

Haven, located at the southeast corner of Washington and Inglewood Boulevards, is a five-story structure featuring 97 apartments - including four set aside for low-income households - atop 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 200-car parking garage.

PK Architecture designed the podium-type complex, which has a contemporary exterior and includes a swimming pool, a courtyard, and a rooftop deck among other amenities.

A leasing website advertises a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, with rents ranging between $2,750 and $6,700 per month.

Haven is one of several large multifamily developments recently completed by CityView in the Los Angeles area, following Koreatown's Pearl on Wilshire and Mira at Canoga Park.

The Haven apartment complex was originally entitled for construction by the Canadian firm Bastion Development Corporation, which built the Bastion housing project across Washington Boulevard.
