Construction is complete for a new small lot development in the Tujunga Village neighborhood of Studio City. 

The project, which was built by WJK Development, consists of eight single-family residences at 4423-4431 Tujunga Avenue. 

The four-story buildings, designed by Tracy A. Stone, come in a mix of 2,100-to-2,300-square-foot floor plans.  Each features a rooftop deck.

Sales prices for the houses are listed at nearly $1.6 million.
