Construction is wrapping up at the PATH Villas Eucalyptus, a new affordable apartment complex for seniors in Inglewood. 

The project, which is being developed by PATH Ventures, consists of a four-story building at 240 W. Lime Street.  The low-rise structure will offer 40 one- and two-bedroom dwellings exclusively to low-income seniors. 

KFA Architecture designed the new apartments.

PATH is currently in the midst of construction on a 187-unit development permanent affordable housing complex in Rampart Village, and is planning similar projects in Hollywood and South Gate.
