The five-story building, located at 3401 W. Olive Avenue, contains 241 residential units atop a 43,000-square-foot retail space that is now occupied by a Whole Foods Market. Other project features include a 760-car garage, a swimming pool, and a gym.
The real-life product adheres closely to conceptual renderings of the design by Santa Monica-based VTBS Architects.
Talaria's apartments are scheduled to open later this year.
Cusumano Group, which is based out of Burbank, is also behind plans for a seven-story apartment complex near the Burbank commuter rail station and a proposed mid-rise development known as the Premier on First.
