KFA Architecture has unveiled renderings for a proposed permanent supportive housing complex near the Vermont/Beverly Metro.

The Enlightenment Plaza development - slated for a 2.59-acre site fronting Oakwood, Madison, and Juanita Avenues - would consist of multiple buildings containing 454 residential units priced for low-, very low-, and extremely low-income households.

The images furnished by KFA depict a series of contemporary three-story structures, bisected by landscaped spaces and internal streets.

Flexible PSH Solutions, Inc., the developer behind the project, has secured partial funding through project via CRA/LA excess bond proceeds.

A timeline for Enlightenment Plaza has not been announced.

The development site neighbors a similar affordable and permanent supportive housing development now being built by PATH Ventures.
