Seven months after we last dropped by, the wood and concrete frame of a mixed-use development is now complete in Del Rey.
Located at 11608-11612 W. Culver Boulevard, the new building stands five stories in height, and will contain a total of 47 apartments atop 1,700 square feet of street-fronting retail space and a 62-car garage.
The contemporary low-rise structure will feature a central courtyard located above the podium level, as well as a rooftop deck.
City records listed the project applicant as an entity called 11612 Culver, LLC.
A handful of similar multifamily housing projects have recently broken ground or reached completion in Del Rey, including the nearby Treehouse Lofts and a 24-unit complex now rising on Inglewood Boulevard.
