The four-story edifice, located at 8888 Washington Boulevard, is being developed by Los Angeles and New York-based real estate firm Runyon Group.  The building will contain approximately 60,000 square feet of offices on its upper floors atop 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a basement garage with parking for 200 vehicles.

Abramson Architects designed the building, which will be clad in molded glass fiber reinforced panels.  Renderings also show that LED strips will be embedded in its facade.

Completion was previously scheduled to occur in late 2020.

The new office building is the latest Culver City development from Runyon Group, which also built the neighboring Platform retail and office complex.  The company has repurposed an unused area beneath an abutting rail viaduct as an outdoor amenity space for visitors to the property.

The project site, which sits within walking distance of Culver City Station, will also neighbor the Ivy Station complex - the future West Coast headquarters of HBO - and another office building rising at 8777 Washington Boulevard that has been leased by Apple.
