Nonprofit developer People Assisting the Homeless hast started construction on the PATH Villas Eucalyptus, a senior affordable housing complex in Inglewood.

Located at 240 W. Lime Street, the four-story building will feature 40 one and two-bedroom units, reserved for low-income individuals aged 62 years and older.

Santa Monica-based Killefer Flammang Architects is designing the contemporary low-rise structure.

PATH and KFA are also behind a larger 255-unit complex now under construction in Rampart Village.

Proposed Weingart Center Towers Take a Step Forward

The Downtown nonprofit hopes to build high-rise affordable housing at 6th and San Pedro.

In early 2017, the Weingart Center for the Homeless filed plans with the City of Los Angeles to construct new affordable housing on two sites at the intersection of 6th and San Pedro Streets in Downtown Los Angeles.  That project has taken a key step forward, with the publication of an environmental report by the Department of City Planning
