The Wolff Company has announced plans to break ground later this year on Revel South Bay, a new senior apartment complex in Torrance.

The project, set to rise across the street from the Del Amo Fashion Center, will consist of a four-story building featuring 185 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, in addition to amenities such as a fitness center, a yoga studio, a full-service salon and spa and a saltwater pool.

Renderings portray a contemporary low-rise building.

Revel South Bay is the Wolff Company's 10th senior living community since 2016, and is scheduled to open in 2019.

The Arizona-based Wolff Company recently wrapped up construction on a pair of mixed-use apartment buildings in Downtown Los Angeles, and has several other ongoing projects throughout Southern California.
