Prolific Koreatown developer Jamison Services, Inc. is putting the finishing touches on its latest multifamily residential building at 4th Street and Normandie Avenue.

The project, which replaced the parking lot of an adjoining church, consists of a seven-story structure containing 224 apartments in addition to a basement garage.  Plans also call for amenities such as a swimming pool and a fitness center.

Designed by Withee Malcolm Architects, the podium-type structure is clad in stucco accented with vertical strips of red brick.

Construction of the project was most recently anticipated to conclude in February 2020.  A certificate of occupancy is still pending with the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety.

The 4th and Normandie apartments are one of dozens of mixed-use and multifamily residential developments planned by Jamison Services in Koreatown.
