Jamison Services, Inc. has started construction on a new multifamily residential complex at 411 S. Normandie Avenue in Koreatown.

The seven-story development, located on a former parking lot at Normandie and 4th Street, will feature 224 residential units and approximately 7,900 square feet of amenities, including a pool deck, a gym, and a courtyard.

Withee Malcolm Architects is designing the podium-type building, which is portrayed as a contemporary mid-rise structure.

According to general contractor Wilshire Construction, LP, completion of 411 Normandie is expected in the fourth quarter of 2019.
