In Silver Lake, a narrow surface parking lot has given way for a multifamily residential development.

Construction is now underway for Dillon617, a four-story structure designed by LOHA.  The low-rise development, named for its address at 617 N. Dillon Street, will feature 49 residential units.

A project page from LOHA's website describes Dillon617 as being "derived from two long bars," clad with dark metal panels.  The buildings are pushed towards the eastern side of the property, allowing for the creation of a landscaped paseo between Dillon and Robertson Streets.  Stepped terraces are carved away from Dillon's western facade, expanding the paseo and creating amenity space.

Additional details about the project are unclear.
